Q: Where are you located? What if we are not located near you?
A: I use Skype, FaceTime, and other apps to talk to clients. So even though I’m in Chicago, that doesn’t stop me from coaching all over the world. I find with teenagers, it can even be a benefit. Teenagers are more comfortable on a computer than going to “someone’s weird office.”
Q: What is the exact process for pratically starting and learning about how coaching helps?

Q: Why would my child need a coach?
A: Most parents call me because the child is having trouble with confidence, doing well in school (grades or socially) or having trouble at home with parents or siblings.
Q: How do you schedule?
A: I always try to do what’s best for you and your child. I generally find teenagers work best on two 30 minutes sessions every week, but this can be changed based on what you feel is best for your child.
Q: How does payment work?
A: I generally take credit card numbers over the phone since that is fastest and simplest. I only use the highest levels of security and PCI compliance. If you would like to pay by check or bank transfer, that’s fine also.
